  • Is RunHelper Connect supported on Android apps?

    RunHelper Connect is currently not available for our Android apps. We are working on Android support and will have it available soon.

  • How do I share workouts with my friends?

    First, select a workout from the Activity Overview page and click on "Share" button, then click on the appropriate social media buttons. If you'd like all your workouts to be shared by default you can set that in "My Profile" page.

  • Why isn't RunHelper Connect free?

    Someone once said: "If you are not paying for the service, you are the product." Our goal is to provide you with a reliable and secure service. We have ongoing costs for running this service, and we need a way to pay for them. We have decided against the ad-supported model of supporting the service in order to be 100% accountable to you, our customers. By paying for the service you ensure that you are the customer and not the product.

  • Is there a long-term commitment required for purchasing the RunHelper Connect subscription?

    No, there isn't a long-term contract you need to sign. RunHelper Connect is pay-as-you-go service. Subscriptions to RunHelper Connect are sold in 3, 6, and 12 month increments.

  • How do I sign up for RunHelper Connect?

    RunHelper Connect accounts are exclusive to customers who train with Bluefin apps. To sign up for RunHelper Connect, open one of the supported apps on your device, then go to Settings, select "RunHelper Connect", then tap on "Login / Sign up" button and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • How do I pay for the RunHelper Connect subscription?

    RunHelper subscriptions can be purchased via any supported Bluefin app. Simply, open the app on your device, go to the app's Settings, select "RunHelper Account", and tap on the "Login / Sign up" button.

    Tap on one of the subscriptions length buttons (3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions are available), then confirm the in-app purchase.

  • How do I renew my RunHelper Connect subscription?

    Open one of the supported Bluefin apps, go to the app's Settings screen, and select "RunHelper Connect". Finally scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap on one of the subscription renewal buttons. You can renew RunHelper Connect accounts in 3, 6, or 12 month increments.
